I have migrated

I knew it had to happen. I signed in today only to be told that I could only have one more go signing in to the old blog and then I had forever more to be a new blogging lemuure.

I am with the blogging googles now.

I was slightly worried for a while because it took longer to move this one blog over than it did the other four together. Blogger command said that it was taking longer than expected and I wondered for a minute if it had got lost and they were going to have to track it down.

Not to worry. I went out to get dinner and when I came back there was a nice email saying that everything had been sorted out and my blog had indeed migrated.

The call of the rhubarb

And so I sit here recovering from padding the paws up to Sainsburys yesterday. It's a nice walk though yesterday it was too late to walk along the canal bank as the darkness was just lit by the street lamps and the lights of passing cars.

I just thought some rhubarb and custard would be nice for tea and the only place I could think of to find it was Sainsburys so off I set with bag and umbrella.

I'd been up to the pub on the comyn for hot chocoolate earlier on. Had tried my first chips since the summer but had to admit that the lemuurie tum was not ready for the weekly bowl of chips with tomato sauce.

It's nice there. Warm and cosy in the winter and in the summer it's pleasant to sit outside. I suppose it's a bit like The Windmill in Clapham on the common.

I should've known that I wasn't ready for chips yet. I'd been sneezing a little that morning and while sneezing doesn't mean what it did before going into hospital the last time it still shakes me up a lot and upsets the tum.

The hot chocoolate was lovely.

A snuffly gud night

A snuffly gud night. I will soon be padding the poorly paw paws off to get some rest.

I am a truely repentant lemuure and today there's not an item of junk food here. No processed sugary things because my medication doesn't like them at all. No more chocoolate .. not that I like it very much anyway .. though I can have a mug of drinking chocoolate or Ovaltinies. But other than that I must eat the lentillies and porridge, vegetables and fruit.

It's not been a very good day though the gurgly tum has settled down. A bit sweaty. A bit painful.

But after having the same conversation fer the umpteeth time I'm now turning tail on the sugary foods fer good. Not even a little.

No cake .. not even the triffle and no chocoolate unless it's a mug of cocoa.

A lemuure has to look after the poorly paws.

Hospital

I had to go back into Warwick hospital for a while again. I had to go in an ambulance to the saved A & E department where they saw me very quickly and dealt with the pain I was in and took me upto the ward. Upstairs this time to Beaumont Ward where I was very well looked after and given soup and ginger nut biccies by the lady next to me. Ginger helps to calm the tum, not that it could've done that much in my case as it turned out as a doctor was needed to put that right but the biscuits were very nice.

As was the early morning porridge. I tried it without the extra milk this time and it was very nice.

Once the medical problem had been seen to I felt a lot better though not well. The only extra problem could've been when I knocked myself on the head with the saline drip bottle while I was unhooking it from the stand on my bed. Fortunately I didn't knock myself out. Infact I was fine though a couple of the other patients looked a bit shocked but I was ok and made a point of having tighter paws round the saline bottle from then on.

No walks into Warwick fer me this time. The furthest I could go was to the cafe or restaurant for a drink of hot chocolate and to the Spar shop they have there for papers.

Still here

I was surprised to find that I could still get into this blog through using Old Blogger. On the other ones I was swiftly redirected to New Blogger and had to get myself a Googley account.

I'm sure it won't be long .................

And those at Blogger Headquarters are beavering away.

We talk about the outages on some of the boards. What are Blogger command doing now? Are u having outages today? Are ur blogs up or down? Are u a new blogger or an old one?

How we moan.

How we potter back and forth.

I suppose I'll have to migrate to the new Beta bloggings soon

But fer now

I'm with the old blogs.
