some boards down again

I'm just testing here to see if all the boards are down. There's a lot of work going on at Blogger at the moment and the boards are up and down.

An unusual condition

I am an ill lemuure at the moment. I have an unusual condition. Very rarely seen apparently.

I wasn't really surprized. I'm a lemuure. Maybe it would have been more surprizing if the doctor had seen more cases. More cases? I was actually the first he'd ever seen.


He's kept a good check on me, phoning me at home to see how things are going and to get me back into the surgery when they've not been too good. And he contacted different specialists to get me help and to make sure that I'd be admitted to hospital quickly if things didn't work out too well.

He's a very good doctor. Surely one of the best on the planet.

The illness hasn't just been rare, but unfortunately very painful too. I've never known such pain. I have to say that any of my old ideas about not taking pain relief flew out of the window. Luckily I didn't realise just how painful it was going to get either. I think the pain might be going down. I'm not sure, but I think it is. Still very painful, but not as bad as it was.
