Pokes head out again

After wandering in the murky haze of another virally challenged mist. Though some things remained the same, I was late getting to the doctors this morning. And, I'd only given myself two hours to get it together in to get from breakfast porridge to out of the door.

The staff and the doctor were very understanding. There was only one doctor on duty and really I should've been booked in to get down on time again tomorrow. But he saw me straight away after one of the receptionists had gone in to see him to tell him that I had managed to get there after all.

I'm feeling much better this evening. It's just started to clear in the last hour or so.

Brilliant.

And I see a healthy meal on the horizon.
