Getting better
I'm getting better. Went out for a while this morning and found that walking's much easier. Did a test run (walk) before I went out though it's not so easy to tell how things'll be because the carpets are rather different to walk on than the pavement. Just stayed locally though, wandered round the Priors for a while and got some hot crossed buns and lentil soup from Marks on the High Street.
I found I could launch myself off my right foot quite well and just wandered slowly round. Found consciously relaxing made things feel a lot better too.
Am back though and didn't find that realising that I was feeling better meant that there was a sudden need to go and explore Rugby or somewhere.
